Terms & Conditions:

1. Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed by state of the art encryption technology.
2. Parkview Apartments takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
3. To confirm a reservation, Parkview Apartments requires a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation. Your credit card will be debited at the time of the booking with the balance payable on arrival (or departure).
4. Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement.
5. Check Out before 10:00 am - unless by prior arrangement.
6. Cancellation – Prior to 14 days – Deposit refunded, less 10% management fee – Less than 14 days – Deposit forfeited. All other cases, Parkview Apartments will charge the amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation on the credit card.
7. No show – If guests have not checked in by 8:00 pm (or made a prior arrangement), Parkview Apartments will assume a "non arrival", and subsequently charge the amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation on the credit card.

9. Advance bookings made for peak periods or special events ( Music festivals etc.) may require a larger deposit to secure the booking and all clients will be informed at the time of booking if a deposit is required, and the amount.
10. Verification of your booking will be sent automatically by the booking system. Confirmation of your booking, along with directions will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of your booking.
